I am 47, married to Camilla and have to boys 13 and 16. I live and love Bøler. I use every opportunity to go outside - hike, fish, run, bike, stay. I started a company in 2002 (www.lent.no), together with brilliant people, and have been building that company until I left in January 2024. Now it's time to see if I'm useful in other contexts, with other people. My areas of passion is Nature and keeping the world in balance and working locally, with special interest in safe upbringing for kids. My work has given me skills in process leadership, course development, innovation, strategy and leadership. In my spear time I've been a football and handball coach for about 10 years. I'm open minded, creative and curious - hoping to find new inspiring and purposeful paths.
